My journey into mental health care began at Denver College of Nursing, where I earned my BSN, and continued through over six impactful years as a Mental Health Registered Nurse. Working across outpatient, inpatient, detox, and crisis settings helped me develop both strong clinical skills and a deep compassion for those I serve. Mental health has always been close to my heart, inspiring me to earn my master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Regis College. I am committed to lifelong learning, ensuring I can continue providing thoughtful, high-quality care to my patients.
My personal experiences with mental health have fueled my passion for this work. I focus on building respectful, collaborative relationships and guiding clients as they explore treatment options that support their path to wellness. I have treated ADHD, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, always tailoring care to the individual.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, whether it’s hiking, having movie nights, cooking together, or playing sports. I also find joy in reading, writing poetry, and caring for my garden. My happiest moments come from family, nature, animals, and delicious meals.
