Dr. Vang-Kue is a bilingual board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, fluent in both English and Hmong. In addition to outpatient services, New Oakland offers PHP level of care. Children, adolescents, and adults patients participate in age specific groups during the day, and depending on the severity of circumstances, will attend sessions three to five days a week.
