As a board-certified psychiatrist, I provide both psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management for adults seeking a thoughtful, individualized approach to mental health care. Some patients work with me for psychotherapy alone, while others benefit from a combination of psychotherapy and medication management. My goal is to understand the whole person- not just symptoms- and to help individuals develop meaningful, sustainable paths toward improved well-being.
I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and concerns related to identity, and self-esteem.
I provide whole-person, evidence-based care that integrates psychotherapy, psychiatry, and healthful lifestyle practices. My work is informed by psychodynamic, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and Internal Family System (IFS)-informed approaches, with careful attention to sleep, nutrition, exercise, relationships, meaning, and personal growth.
I welcome you to reach out to discuss whether working together may be a good fit. Email is generally the best way to contact me. I offer prospective clients a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation, during which we can discuss your goals, answer questions, and explore whether my approach aligns with your needs.
