My name is Mavis. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in California, Arizona, and Nevada. I obtained my masters degree in nursing from Walden University in 2020. I have been a healthcare practitioner for over 20 years, starting my nursing career as a CNA in 2003. I advanced my nursing career by obtaining my psychiatric technician license and practicing as a psych. tech. for over 6 years, then as an RN for over 8 years, and now as a board-certified PMHNP.

I am a highly skilled psychiatric professional. I bring a wealth of experience to Diligence Care Plus with an approach that puts emphasis on wellness. I treat my patients with compassion, empathy, and diligence. I am a good listener. I empower my clients to challenge me and ask questions.
