I am a co-founder/owner of Essentia Health and Wellness Center. I am a board certified NP in Adult Psychiatric/Mental Health and Adult Health. I graduated from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA in 2004. Since then, I have worked in several capacities, including medical hospitalist in the behavioral units at Carney and Norwood Hospital, psychiatric consultant in skilled nursing facilities in the Boston area, and most recently at South Coast Behavioral Health and DLH Consulting and Psychiatric Services.

My name is Lauren Wenzl, I am a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Psychiatric-Mental Health. In 2016 I achieved a Masters Degree in Physician Assistance from Keiser University and now have 7 years practice experience. I have come to understand that all of us need someone to listen to our concerns. Someone who listens without judging, offers empathy, compassion, and lends an ear to our struggles can make a significant impact in our mental health. My goal is to provide that relief to my patients through talk, recommendations, medications, or therapeutic care guidance.

Meet Lynn, an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) with a robust background in both hospital and outpatient healthcare settings. Lynn's career is marked by her expertise in psychopharmacology, addiction medicine, and exceptional customer service. She holds a master's degree in physician assistant studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, graduating in 2015.

Erin Tanner, NP-C, completed her Master of Science in Nursing at MCPHS University. She is a fully licensed and accredited AANP nurse practitioner. She has dedicated over 20 years to health care, practicing as a registered nurse prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. Erin sees patient education, paired with preventative medicine, as the keys to health and wellness. When not seeing patients, Erin enjoys spending time with her family traveling and doing outdoor activities like running, hiking, and kayaking in and around beautiful New England.

Gérald is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) driven by his fervidness for patient-centered, evidence-based practice, and concerted approaches to nursing care. With the experience accumulated over 30 years in health care, he aims at helping close the gap in the delivery of services to the mentally ill. Gérald’s primacy is to support the patients and their families in overcoming the stigmas associated with mental health, help patients improve their quality of life and reach their full potential.

Currently providing psychotropic medication management to residents of MA and RI online via a secure telepsychiatry platform. We are also offering appointments utilizing an integrative approach to treat mood, anxiety, and sleep disruption known as functional medicine. We work on finding and treating the root cause through a variety of modalities. Functional Medicine appointments are not typically covered by insurance. Upon patient request we will utilize a functional medicine approach combined with traditional psychiatric care in order to help you feel your best.

SNBCare is a multidisciplinary group of dedicated professionals, providing the best quality care for a wide range of outpatient mental health services. We have been serving adults, families, and couples for over a decade in a caring, patient-friendly environment. We are offering Telemedicine and Teletherapy through video to all who want to be seen during this time, as well as TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation). We accept almost all insurances. We are currently accepting new patients for telemedicine, teletherapy, and TMS and would be honored to support you on your journey to mental wellness.

Throughout my many years of experience both as a registered nurse and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have learnt learned to treat my patients with respect and compassion, knowing that their current problems does not define them. My competence and excellence of care stems from working with diverse patients for over 17 years in healthcare. This experience with different populations has given me confidence to face every situation with an inquisitive and open mind as I deliver evidence based and patient specific care.

Elysee Njontu, APRN, PMHNP-BC is an advanced practice nurse who is board certified by the ANCC. He has over 7 years of professional experience working in the psychiatric and mental health field. Elysee received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Chamberlain University in Illinois and his Master of Science in Nursing degree from Regis College in Weston, Mass. At the Bedford VA Hospital where he currently works, Elysee provides mental health assessments, evaluations, medication management and psychotherapy to adults struggling with issues like depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder and other mental health issues

I really enjoy working with people who are struggling with their mental health and know it's time to get help. Perhaps it is their first time reaching out or maybe their current medication and therapy regimen isn't working at well as it could be. I love to work with patients collaboratively, so that we can make decisions together and work as a team. I am particularly skilled at working with older adolescents and young adults in their 20s and early 30s as they navigate their way into healthy adulthood.

MSN-FNP at Simmons University (Sigma Theta Tau), BSN-RN at SNHU (National Society of Leadership and Success). My goal is treating my patients as a whole and taking the holistic approach for best quality of life. A fun fact about me is I am an animal lover- I have 2 dogs of my own.

I consider myself lucky to work in the healthcare, and strongly believe that substance abuse and mental health has taken a back stage in America culture. We have to accept that substance abuse and mental health has enrolled into our cultural lives and it has not to be accepted with openness and understanding. As a family nurse practitioner that specializes on substance abuse treatment and mental health, it will be my goal to advocate for patients who struggle with the disease, also to manage their treatment with compassion, understanding, and with a holistic care.

As a keen practitioner, my journey to helping humanity began 11 years ago after graduating with my Bachelors in Nursing, I dedicated 5 years in serving underserved communities in urban and rural areas, worked in a pediatric facility and top Major Hospitals in Boston. Then I decided to complete my Masters in Nursing at Regis College 5 years ago focusing in internal medication. Mental health medicine caught my attention after working in a methadone and suboxone clinic. I further pursed my interest by working at SouthBay for over 2 years, now at Boston Neurobehavioral Associates for almost 2 years.

Meet Lauren, a nationally certified Physician Associate with a specialization in psychiatry, highlighting her commitment to mental health care. Her educational journey, marked by academic excellence, includes both a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS University, where she graduated magna cum laude. Lauren's primary goal as a psychiatric PA is to empower her patients to achieve their mental health goals through honest and open communication.

Dr. Munir graduated with academic distinction, receiving his medical degree from Baqai Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan in 2013. He completed his psychiatry residency training at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, MA in 2022 at which point he joined BNBA. Dr. Munir's goal as an early career psychiatrist is to accommodate the wide spectrum of needs of his patients. He is a staunch proponent of patient advocacy, and emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic alliance. He is attuned to the vast array of different cultural, religious and political backgrounds of our diverse communities.

My model of mental health care puts patients in the middle. First and foremost, I believe in listening to the patient. So much can be learned by listening, watching, and truly hearing what a patient tells me is happening with them and their body. I conduct psychiatric assessments and make recommendations for treatment with psychiatric medications.

MSN, APRN,FNP-BC, graduated from Regis college in Western MA in 2011, with honors. I have been a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner for the last 10 years. I've been a Nurse for 27 years. I graduated from Borough of Manhattan College, City University of New York with honors in 1994 with an ASN. Also graduated from Medgar Evers College with honors with a BSN. I am a hospitalist with experience all across the medical, and psychiatry platform. I also have experience in internal medicine and Primary Care. I am also BCLS, ACLS, certified and have professional affiliation, with AANP, and MNA.

Determined to make a meaningful impact on her patients' lives, she pursued further education, earning a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies at MCPHS University.
