I’m a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of medical experience. I work with high-functioning Adults who may appear to “have it all together” on the outside, but inside struggle with uncertainty. I specialize in feeling seen by your inner child. The inner child wound refers to unresolved emotional experiences from childhood that continue to affect beliefs, relationships, and self-worth in adulthood. Through compassionate, trauma-informed care, patients learn to reconnect with and nurture these wounded parts of themselves, fostering healing, self-trust, and emotional resilience.
I provide care for children ages 6 and up, as well as adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship struggles.
