I am a board-certified psychiatrist (MD) specializing in psychotherapy. I offer depth-focused therapy with the thoughtful integration of medication into our work together when needed. In addition to general psychiatry, I have specialty training and expertise in women's mental health and perinatal psychiatry.
I work with adults on a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, and phase of life transitions including pregnancy and postpartum. I believe in a collaborative approach to treatment focused on deepening your understanding of your emotions, your narrative, and the ways you relate to yourself and others.
My goal is to help you know yourself better, discover and work through the patterns or emotions that are causing pain or keeping you stuck, and to move in a direction that increases meaning, agency, and authenticity.
