As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I provide a supportive, open, and nonjudgmental space where we focus on understanding your symptoms and creating a clear, personalized plan to help you feel more stable, balanced, and in control.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar, and eating-related concerns, including emotional eating and restriction. I provide individualized psychiatric care, including medication management when appropriate, to help improve mood, reduce anxiety, and support lasting change. I am ready for our first appointment.
