I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been providing compassionate and evidence-based care to clients since 2017.
My clinical focus is adults ages 18-65, and I specialize in treating Anxiety, Depression, PMDD, Sleep Disorders, Mood Disorders, and PTSD.
My approach is to provide personalized, trauma-informed, and collaborative care in a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
I have a special interest in Women's Mental Health (including the hormonal and emotional challenges that can arise throughout women's various life stages) as well as a special interest in supporting First Responders; who face a variety of unique and demanding work stressors on a daily basis.
I believe that the best client outcomes come from a collaborative approach. I partner with my clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and values.
