About
As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I adhere to Jean Watson Theory of Caring which is built upon embracing, inspiring, trusting, loving, forgiving…Caring helps us to embrace the positive energy that flows from an integrated mind, body and spirit and is mutually rewarding to both patient and practitioner. Holistic caring (mind, body and spirit) is what we are all about as we study the environment of the patient.
We deliver Seminars and Workshops to non-profit organizations such as church, gang education organizations, police, schools. We help participants to start discussion about mental health and seek formal support channels. We offer Retreats & Conferences to help companies build better teams; participants learn more about life, self-worth and self-care.
We offer traditional face to face consultations as well as virtual sessions in individual or group settings. We are all about convenience, confidentiality, and affordability. We deliver results.
