About
I treat a wide range of psychiatric problems in adults using medication and/or psychotherapy, depending on your needs. I keep evening/weekend hours for treating professionals in demanding jobs who are struggling in any of a variety of ways. I also offer second opinion consultations for diagnostic uncertainty and treatment-resistant illness. In my practice I emphasize confidentiality, transparency, prompt responsiveness, and customizing care to meet your needs. As your personal physician, I do not employ any staff or answering services in my practice. I will work directly with you during our treatment, from start to finish.
I received my BA in Liberal Arts from St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland, and my MD from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. I completed residency training in adult psychiatry at the University of Chicago Medical Center, where I served as a chief resident.
