Dr. Pichot is a graduate of the UT Health San Antonio Psychiatry Residency Program and is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. Dr. Pichot specializes in providing psychotherapy with or without medications and has extensive experience treating mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders including depression, insomnia, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, among others.

My approach to psychotherapy integrates psychodynamic, existential, and relational psychotherapies as well as pragmatic behavioral approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy.
