I prefer to work with people who are interested in pursuing treatment and taking their mental health into their own hands. My patients preferably have their own therapists already and are interested in supplemental medication management. Beyond that, I am very flexible as to individual goals and means of acquiring those goals.
My principal expertise is in psychopharmacology--the interface between medicines and the mind. I have extensive experience treating a broad variety of mental health conditions with psychotherapy and with medicines, but here I focus on medicines. While I am a believer in 'better living through chemistry,' I pride myself on minimalism.
If you are looking for kind, competent, available psychopharmacology for your mental health issues, I urge you to reach out to me. Because of the pandemic, I am now doing intake and follow up appointments exclusively by teleconferencing (video chat), and I can see new patients promptly.
