I am a Harvard-trained, board certified psychiatrist with expertise in both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. My practice is tailored for adults facing issues that are interfering with their goals and happiness. I believe in providing optimal individualized care that takes into account the patient's preferences. In an initial consultation with me, I assess for a host of factors that could be contributing to your challenges, and provide recommendations about best treatments. I work collaboratively with patients to achieve the best outcomes.
Recommendations for treatment might include either therapy, medication management, or a combination of therapy and medications. As I completed a fellowship in psychotherapy in addition to medical training and psychiatry residency, I am able to provide any combination of these treatment methods. My practice is conveniently located in Back Bay.
I received my BA in Psychology with honors from Harvard College, and attained my medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. I completed residency training at the Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Program. I received specialized training in Psychotherapy through the Harvard Medical School Adams House Fellowship.
