In treatment I attempt to balance my expertise– the science supporting medication decisions– with your own expertise– your body and mind. I primarily work with young adults searching for clarity in their treatment. I particularly enjoy helping people with bipolar, OCD, and PTSD who may be searching for equilibrium and answers to the big questions these new diagnoses have brought up. Together we can carefully craft a treatment plan optimized for your individual concerns.
I also support people through pregnancy and new parenthood. My evidence-based recommendations help you sort through the confusion surrounding this sensitive time. I have experience managing medications to treat (almost) all mental health issues during pregnancy. I also provide therapy for role changes or processing difficult or traumatic births.
