I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who specializes in the treatment of mood disorders, psychosis, and anxiety. If you are feeling anxious, depressed, unusually irritable, or just not yourself then I can help. I believe in building a trusting relationship with clients, their family, and/or support systems in order to acquire a comprehensive mental health evaluation to reach the correct diagnosis and start a proper treatment plan.
While medications are sometimes necessary, they may not be the best option. I give clients my full attention while listening to their needs in order to formulate a holistic plan of care and help them achieve their particular goals.
