About
I am available for patients who can be seen before 2:00 PM. I do not have afternoon availability... I am a trained provider with 30 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry and 5 years specialized as a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I work with individual and families who are seeking care to better cope with the demands of work, life, school and have more rewarding life's experiences. If you would like to become a new patient, please fill visit https://goodharborhealth.com/intake.
My specialty is psychopharmacology which involves caring for people struggling with depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Autism, ADHD, alcohol use disorder, eating disorder and Women’s Mental Health issues.
My approach as a provider is to work collaboratively utilizing a shared decision-making model. I understand that medications are not right for everyone and at times, lifestyle changes, supplements and therapy are the main recommendation or adjuvant to pharmacological options.
