I believe true healing begins by addressing the root cause of symptoms. I take a whole-person approach to care, considering how nutrition, hormones, gut health, stress, and lifestyle all impact mental and physical well-being. Treatment plans are individualized and may include prescriptions, supplements, and diet & lifestyle recommendations.
