I'm a psychiatrist and psychotherapist working with people in person and virtually in New York. We all face challenges and changes in our lives. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where we work together to improve your mood, relationships, and overall sense of empowerment and well being. I am responsive, and experienced having practiced for over 45 years. I am also fluent in both English and Russian.
I work with individuals facing life changes, difficulties with relationships, issues at work, conditions including Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and personality disorders. I offer medications and psychotherapy. I am involved with my clients and holistic in my approach.
Everyone deserves to be heard and receive support and treatment from a non-judgmental, and warm therapist. I offer free 15-minute phone consultations to explore how we can work together and answer any questions you may have. I am out of network but I am more than happy to provide a superbill if your plan allows for out-of-network benefits.
