I am looking forward to servicing the modern women with premenstrual dysphoric disorder, or PMDD, and Premenstrual Exacerbation of Psychiatric conditions. PMDD is condition that causes a mixture of physical symptoms and psychiatric symptoms affecting about 5-9% of all girls and women. However, 50% of girls and women with depression, anxiety, feels worse during their PMS. Living a modern life, causes unusual stressors for women and we hope to offer guidance, support and treatment in a boutique style virtual setting for the modern woman, who is passionate about her body, mind, spirit.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist with an interest in endocrinology, stress, adverse childhood experiences, women's health and wellness. I use an integrative psychiatry approach to address this complex condition using stress management, life style changes, hormonal testing and bioidentical hormones and herbal remedies to address the root causes.

I am passionate about building rapport and connection with my clients. I love being a detective and searching for true answers that can help my patient's live fulfilled and successful lives.
