I am experienced in treating children and adults for mental health services. I typically treat patients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, ADHD, and eating disorders. I have seven years of experience working as a mental health provider.
I was initially a Family Nurse Practitioner. However, I took a great interest in helping patients improve their mood and quality of life. Too often, I found that many patients were struggling with symptoms such as depression and anxiety. I wanted to help bridge the gap with patients having a resource to help them feel better mentally.
