Hi! I am a PA in psychiatry and am accepting new clients remotely. Remote visits are convenient and allow you to take the appointment from your phone or home according to your schedule. Have you been diagnosed with or suspect that you have anxiety, depression, insomnia? Do you desire wellness and peace, but find that there are obstacles that are difficult to navigate. Obstacles such as ADHD, OCD, or mood swings. Have you felt unheard or misunderstood by doctors and therapists? Or do you want to figure out what's going on with your thoughts and/or behaviors? Here is where you'll find support for change!
My approach is holistic and supportive. I understand that mental health and wellness is multi-faceted. I want to create a safe space that will allow you to explore and understand memories and experiences that can be confusing, sensitive, and/or difficult. We'll explore biological, psychological, social and spiritual factors affecting your mental health.
Your wellness is my goal. I want to empower you to implement those practices that will allow you to live peacefully. I'll be compassionate and at times challenge you and hold you accountable to make those changes in your life that will move you toward wellness. I offer online video appointments for teens, adults and elderly with depression, anxiety, and ocd.
