About
Marie Rommage, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC is a dual Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with training and experience treating patients across the lifespan and across practice settings, from hospitals to assisted living facilities and patient’s homes. Marie graduated in 2011 with an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Remington College of Nursing in Lake Mary Florida. She spent the early part of her nursing career working as a bedside nurse at Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, NY caring for a marginalized patient population.
As a Nurse Practitioner, she has extensive experience treating patients with multiple comorbidities both medical and psychiatric. Her experience also includes years of working as a visiting nurse providing care for patients in their homes. Marie went on to advance her education by earning her Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing from Lehman College.
She is kind and compassionate and committed to providing individualized, comprehensive care for her patients. She is a champion for mental health and treating the entire person to promote overall well-being. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, thrifting, bowling, and taking on different projects around the house.
