My approach to providing care is holistic, throughly evaluating medical and psychosocial aspects to creating an individualized treatment plan. I practice trauma informed care and my goal is to create a safe and gentle space assuring that you are as comfortable as possible when discussing mental health and psychosocial struggles. I have vast experience working with children, adolescents and adults with trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, anxiety disorders, depression and mood disorders, disruptive behavior disorders, eating disorders and psychotic disorders. Together, we will work to create goals toward your optimal wellness.
I am very warm and practice positivity, kindness, and active listening/understanding. It is very important to me that you feel heard, seen and accepted. Even when you may not feel your best or may be at your worst, I want you to know that I will be in your corner. We will work together to explore different strategies towards better mental health.
