I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner treating patients through the use of psychotherapy and medication management. At any point in one's life, psychosocial issues come up, creating feelings of hopelessness, despair, and anxiety. They may or may not interfere in an obvious way, i.e. losing a job or a relationship, however, the feelings may be strong enough to cause significant distress to you. It takes great courage to admit when we need help and great freedom, relief, and joy to come through on the other side. . .
I provide the Marco Island Community with the exclusive opportunity to work with an experienced and knowledgeable psychiatric nurse practitioner from the comfort and privacy of your own home. I will be devoting a full hour of non-rushed, personalized one-on-one therapy and medication management services to best meet your individualized needs.
It is an honor and privilege for me to offer year-round in-person one-hour visits without the hassle of technology or having to travel off-island for a rushed appointment. My approach is an alternative to the all too familiar 'five-minute prescriber', and allows the chance to develop a true partnership based on empathy and trust.
