With the privacy and convenience of videoconferencing, my focus is treating non emergent psychiatric issues, such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, adjustment and mood disorders. I work to understand the biological, psychological, social issues affecting every patient and will make recommendations which may include nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, meditation, light therapy, psychotherapy, supplements and/or medications. The goal is to provide private and comprehensive care in order to get every patient to better health.
Our practice uses a HIPPA compliant format for videoconferencing. You will be able to see me from your home or any private location you are comfortable in, as long as you are in New Jersey or New York at the time of your visit and have online access. We are an out of network provider for all insurance.
