One of my passions is creating Healing communities- my nurse residency capstone involved creating the inpatient psychiatric family mental health recovery group; main objective was to provide psychoeducation.
I help manage anxiety and other mental health issues to avoid uneventful outcomes. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to normalcy. We'll use a full spectrum approach prioritizing addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit using psychiatric medication management and brief supportive therapy.

Saturday Evening Psychoeducation Group.
It's my belief that psychological health is attained through a holistic approach focused on the whole person’s transition from illness to wellness and recovery. Whereby applying pharmacological and nonpharmacological methods toward health and healing. Completing the Recovery to Practice Facilitator Program, empowered me with the tools to create a psychiatric family mental health recovery group. The group’s purpose is to provide psychoeducation to family members about mental health recovery to support their loved one’s treatment goals.
