I truly enjoy working with all psychiatric diagnoses, but I especially enjoy working with treatment resistant depression, ADHD (in both kids and adults) and borderline personality disorder. I do offer Spravato/ketamine treatments in office for treatment resistant depression. I firmly believe in psychiatric wellness and work with my patients from a “whole person” approach to not only treat their illness with medication, but also therapy, good nutrition and general health.
I'm a Physician Assistant with approximately 11 years of experience in psychiatry. I have experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with both children and adults. I enjoy working with all diagnoses, and primarily focus on prescribing medications. I enjoy working as a team with my patients to manage their mental health.
I practice medicine with a team based approach. I believe I’m educating my patients and making a decision about their care together, as a team, rather than me just calling the shots. I communicate with other involved providers to collaborate care where I can.
