I am a Yale trained psychiatrist and therapist in private practice in CT and NY. I offer a warm and collaborative approach to mental health care. My two focus areas are psychotherapy and integrative psychiatry. In psychotherapy I aim to provide a safe space for authentic connection where you feel seen and understood and can make meaningful change. If medications might be helpful, I offer an individualized approach focused on finding medications & treatments that offer the most relief with the fewest side effects while aligning with your preferences and the realities of your life.
I work with those impacted by trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, work stress, relationship concerns, life transitions/loss and grief, questions around meaning and identity, as well as unwanted behaviors and emotional patterns.
I am able to provide a blend of psychotherapy with medication support as needed.
I am also a clinician on psychedelic-assisted therapy research at Yale. While this treatment is not available outside of research settings in CT and NY, I do offer integration consultations.
