I founded NP Psychiatry LLC as a private psychiatric practice dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized mental health care with an emphasis on minimal-medication approaches. We believe in using the least amount of medication necessary to support wellness, combined with thoughtful, patient-centered care.
Our approach is friendly, compassionate, and deeply rooted in respect for each client’s individual needs, preferences, and goals. We aim to create a supportive space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their treatment journey.
I work with clients ages 5+. I am experienced in treating a multitude of different psychiatric illnesses but some of my specialties include ADHD, working with teens and young adults, and moms. I ENJOY providing medication education. I feel it's important that you understand your options and are included in the decision-making process.
One of my favorite sayings is "We don't live in a textbook". I think it is important as a provider to remember that everyBODY is different and listening to our clients is the key.
