As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am committed to reducing stigma and removing barriers to mental health treatment by creating a respectful, collaborative environment where your perspective is valued. My focus is to provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care that helps individuals feel supported, heard, and less alone. I work with adults across outpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) settings, including older adults.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective disorder using a holistic, evidence-based approach. My care integrates safe and thoughtful medication management, CBT-informed strategies, lifestyle modifications, and coordination with other providers when appropriate.
