As a clinical psychologist, I work with adults who have depression, anxiety, focus issues, stress, gender dysphoria, neurodivergent concerns, life transition distress. We work together to help you gain better control over your symptoms that interfere with moving forward in your life.
As an APRN, I specialize in talk therapy and prescribing medication for children/teens with depression, anxiety, learning disorders, ADHD, symptoms associated with autism, transitioning. I work with parents and teens alone or together, as well as schools. Psychological testing and medical conditions are factored into the comprehensive treatment plan.
I work wholistically with CBT, psychodynamic and trauma focused therapies to prioritize symptom relief that may have multifactorial causes, especially those with complex medical conditions. I am sensitive to and affirming of non-binary, transgender or LGBTQIA+ identities. I am trained in divorce mediation and collaboration, specialize in "what if" questions.
I work to help you gain trust with me and the steps you believe are best working for you. Symptom relief and progress are essential.
