I'm a solo practitioner providing psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults with a focus on those identifying as queer and/or neurodivergent. I started my practice to escape the model of the corporate, assembly-line mental health industrial complex with the goal of practicing and providing personal, human-to-human care. My priority is to center and understand your lived experience so you can feel seen, heard, and validated rather than dismissed.
I take my time getting to know my patients, with 90 minute initial evals and 30-45 minute follow-ups, with a heavier focus on human connection and a lighter touch on medications. My goal is to "de-prescribe," to help you get where you want to be on the fewest medications possible.
My practice is unapologetically progressive, secular, anti-racist, and affirming of all neurotypes, gender and sexual identities and relationship models. A commitment to kindness both ways is an essential prerequisite to working with me. If you think I may be a good fit for you, please reach out.
