I am a psychiatrist with over 30 years of experience helping people navigate emotional, psychological, and relational challenges. I am trained in psychopharmacology, psychodynamic psychotherapy, relational psychotherapy, and attachment-focused therapy, and am certified in Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT).
My work focuses on treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, personality disorders, and attachment-related difficulties. I integrate medication management when appropriate, always working collaboratively to create a plan that fits each individual’s unique story and goals.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that growth and healing happen in the context of a strong, trusting relationship. I offer a thoughtful, reflective space where symptoms are addressed — but where we also work together to understand the deeper patterns and relational dynamics that shape emotional life.
