Born in Ukraine during the Soviet era, I immigrated to the U.S. as the grandchild of Holocaust survivors. Growing up amid trauma, depression, and stigma around mental health, I witnessed how unaddressed wounds fueled addictions and broke families/marriages. Drawn to these stories, I believe my role was to tell them and help facilitate healing.
Growing up, I witnessed people I love battle depression, anxiety, and addiction, often in silence. This inspired me to dedicate my life to breaking the stigma around mental health and providing compassionate care. Everyone deserves the chance to heal, grow, and live the fullest, most authentic version of their life.
