I focus on how hormones and reproductive transitions shape mental health: pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, perimenopause, and PMDD. I also treat anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I work alongside a skilled team of clinicians so that patients at Estela always have access to thoughtful, coordinated care.
