My integrative assessment includes detailed lab tests to explore nutritional deficiencies, scans for medical issues,gene test for personalized psychiatry,standardized scales to monitor progress, talk therapy to conceptualize growth throughout lifespan & provide treatment options to chose from. This includes various nutritional protocols & somatic therapies.
Contrary to popular belief, psychiatry is more than med management, my training & collaboration allows me to incorporate treatments like ketamine, Spravato & TMS for treatment resistant severe depression. Clients have the freedom to design their own care and implementing newer modalities while finding freedom from meds as described above.
