Greetings! I am a NewYork-Presbyterian-affiliated psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. I offer both general psychiatric care as well as specialty care in women's mental health (perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, medication safety in pregnancy, PMS, menopause). In addition to my training in clinical care, I have done research in the field of women's mental health and am an assistant professor of psychiatry at Weill Cornell. This expertise allows me to integrate the most up to date scientific findings into your clinical care.
I have trained and worked extensively in both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, with a particular focus on women's issues. I am always mindful about attending to the biological underpinnings of many conditions, so I bring an integrative and holistic approach to my evaluations and care.
