Hello, my name is Maher Chehab and offer immediate face to face and tele visits. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with education and training in treating clients with mental health conditions across the lifespan.
I am passionate about ensuring an individualized plan of care for optimum treatment, providing client-centered care by respecting client and family's preferences, needs, and values that guide treatment.
