Alexander Gumbs, FNP/PMHNP-BC is a dual board-certified practitioner in psychiatry and family medicine. Mr. Gumbs uses an integrative holistic approach to treat the bodies and minds of his patients. He is proficient in treating those across the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, and seniors). Community focus is his passion. He has experience treating disadvantaged populations, such as the homeless and those in the criminal justice system transitioning back to civilian life. Mr. Gumbs treats those with anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, depression, autism, insomnia, dementia, and postpartum depression.

I am an experienced psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background helping adults, adolescents, and their families heal from a variety of mental health issues. I believe that good communication between me and my clients will improve outcomes, and this has been confirmed in my practice. My primary focus of practice is psychopharmacology (medications). I am passionate about teaching my clients about their medications, staying up to date on new research, individualizing regimens for each person I treat.

Sarah is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who earned both her Doctorate in Nursing and Master's in Nursing from Columbia University. Sarah implements a team approach, coupled with evidence-based practice when working with patients. She always includes her patients in the decision making process regarding medication management and treatment options. The core of successful treatment is a plan that both patient and provider agree on. Sarah has experience working in the community outpatient setting.

Colletta Jerrick is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in New York who has been practicing since 2022. She has a PMHNP-BC, MSN-RN, and TNCC. Colletta believes in working closely and respectfully with all clients to meet their health goals and providing evidence-based practice for safe patient care. She is here to help! While working as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Deirdre began to notice a lack of psychiatric services available when she referred patients for assistance with their mental health.

Dr. Ernesto Gonzalez is a board certified adult psychiatrist. He completed his undergraduate training at Yale University and received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at the Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School Adult Psychiatry Training Program. Dr. Gonzalez prefers a holistic approach that takes the time to know the whole patient, incorporating biological, psychological, social, and cultural perspectives in crafting a comprehensive, individualized, treatment plan.
