I have been a nurse for 21 years and an advanced registered nurse practitioner for 13 years. I am a dual-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner, which allows me to take a holistic approach, considering a patient's entire well-being, including their physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual health.
I love helping people. I have always been a listener. I was drawn to help others through psychiatry through my own experiences and the experiences of many loved ones who have battled depression, anxiety, PTSD, and pre- and postpartum mental illness.
