I work with patients who are struggling with mental health issues. My patients often have a goal of treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and more. Sometimes my patients want to just learn more about themselves, and why they feel the way that they feel. I love working with patients who would like to explore holistic options in addition to medications to optimize their mental health. Holistic treatments can be anything from exercise to learning habit stacking, to sleep hygiene.
If anyone is feeling like they need someone to listen, my goal as a provider is to make sure that everyone feels heard, and that their unique needs are being met. Treating factors that contribute to our mental well-being in my patients with attention to details optimizes outcomes.
