Her approach is to educate clients on their mental health, and available pharmacologic and psychotherapeutic options, and to collaborate with them in formulating an evidence-based treatment plan.
I take the time to explain the different options, pros and cons of medications, and answer any questions so you’re comfortable with the plan moving forward. This is a non-judgmental and light-hearted environment. All parts of who you are and how you feel are welcome and accepted.
