I am a psychiatrist trained in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. My practice has been directed at individuals who have difficulty finding satisfaction in both their work and love lives despite having achieved considerable success in their professions. I have been seeing individuals and couples for over 30 years and I am experienced with providing combined therapy, including medication and psychotherapy. I work with patients from 1x/week to 4x/week depending on the patient's need for more or less intensive therapy. While the past as a determinant of the present is acknowledged the work is done in the here and now.

Hi! I am a medication and/or therapy provider. I use a very client-centered approach in therapy and utilize CBT and narrative therapy frequently. I have a strong belief that the mind and body are highly integrated and that physical and mental treatment are inseparable. For this reason, clients have the option of participating in a new model of treatment. This would include exercising during therapy sessions - brisk or slow walking on treadmills or Stairmaster at the client's comfort level. Of course, regular counseling therapy and/or medication prescriptions are provided for those not interested in combining exercise.

I have extensive experience in treating Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety, ADHD and relational problems for more than 20 years. I have dual Board Certification in Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry. I am very careful in treating my patients with medications and my goal is to find the lowest effective dose and avoid multiple medication use when possible. I think therapy is as important as medications and I offer both, at times together, when necessary. For self pay patients cost for initial 60 min evaluation is $500, 15 min fallow up is $150, 30 min fallow up is $275 and 45min fallow up is $400.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner clinically educated in treating patients with mental health diagnoses across the lifespan. I obtained my master's degree in Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nursing from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Prior to becoming an advanced practice nurse I was the Nursing Director at the Ivy Street School in Brookline- a residential and day school specializing in treatment for adolescents aged 12-22 struggling with chronic mental health issues, behavioral dysregulation, Autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.

She has dedicated over 20 years to health care, practicing as a registered nurse both in a clinical setting and in administrative roles prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. She specializes in Geriatric Psychiatry and Primary Care/Internal Medicine. Susana strongly believes in culturally competent patient education paired with preventative medicine, as the keys to health and wellness. Susana’s goal is to continue to meet the needs and provide quality psychiatric care to our growing population of older adults. She is fluent in English and Portuguese.

Enel Joseph is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who assists adolescents, young adults, and older adults in handling mental health problems and improving their mental wellness.
