I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner available to work with individuals and couples of all genders.I have been in practice for more than 30 years. I have a background in women's health as a nurse-midwife which has developed into a specialty in women's mental health, perinatal mental health, hormonal transitions such as peri and post-menopause, menstrual related symptoms( PMS, PMDD, PCOS), and sexual health. Dr. Swaminathan Thangaraj is a double-board certified adult and child/adolescent psychiatrist in Boston. He is currently an assistant professor at Drexel College of Medicine. Dr. Thangaraj also worked at McLean Hospital/Harvard University and Sheppard Pratt establishing various inpatient units. He is one of the few doctors who treats patients of all ages from toddler, adolescence to adulthood.

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner providing medication management and supportive therapy for clients ages 10+. I received my Bachelors and Masters in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked throughout the medical field as a mental health specialist, a research coordinator and as a school nurse. Dr. Allison Jackson is a Harvard-trained board-certified psychiatrist who opened MindfulMD as a way to provide individually tailored, compassionate psychiatric care for her patients. She is accepting new patients in Florida (in-person and virtual) and Massachusetts (virtual only). She has experience treating a wide variety of conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep issues, sexual health issues, bipolar disorder, PTSD, derm-psych conditions i.e. skin picking and trichotillomania, and many more. She also has worked with patients on managing stress related to relationships, illness, burnout, grief, career, or identity.

As a trained and Board Certified Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist with 20 years experience, I work with teens, adults and parents. I specialize in depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic, OCD and eating disorders. I help people with issues related to self esteem and self compassion- low self compassion can manifest in many ways including low self confidence, conflict avoidance, procrastination, low mood and worry among other symptoms. I also provide consultation to people unsure how to proceed with their or their child’s care, parent coaching and second opinions when a person in treatment feels stuck.

Dr. Amber Frank is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed her residency training at the Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School Adult Psychiatry Training Program. Dr. Frank believes in a holistic approach to patient care. She strives to understand and treat every patient using a framework that includes not just the biological (medical), but also the psychological, social, environmental, and cultural elements that may contribute to an individual person’s experience of mental health and wellness.
