I am accepting new patients. I am here to guide you through the complicated mental health system by listening, asking questions, and understanding your emotions. If you are considering medication and/or therapy for your mental health, I am here to discuss the different treatment approaches so that we can make a personalized treatment plan. I am a licensed Professional Mental Health Practitioner (PMHP) dedicated to helping you navigate through life's challenges. I specialize in offering support and guidance to individuals struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, challenging relationships, and loss of a sense of self, among other issues. Spravato for treatment resistant depression is also available in the office. I specialize in psychopharmacology for those who have a variety of mental health conditions.

After enjoying 10 years as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, Ashton identified the need for more compassionate psychiatric providers in our community. Ashton graduated with her BSN from UMASS Dartmouth in 2010 and her MSN with a specialization in psychiatry from Walden University in 2020. Ashton has begun Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) courses and plans to complete that degree in the coming years. Ryan's journey in healthcare began in 1999, serving at prestigious institutions such as Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and St. Luke’s Hospital. Throughout his extensive career in emergency medicine, he has worked closely with vulnerable communities, fostering a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.

The practice consists of multiple psychiatric prescribers that have extensive training in psychotherapy. While we believe that medications can be very helpful, we insist on providing more than medication for our patients.

MJ earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies and Masters of Health Sciences from The George Washington University, showcasing her advanced training in the field. Her educational journey also includes a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a major in Biology and a minor in the Spanish Language from UMASS.
