I am a Psychiatrist and have been providing mental health services for 20 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals ages 18-62 and address ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Mood Disorder, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I am focused on providing thoughtful and individualized care, integrating pharmacotherapy with individual psychotherapy. I believe a comprehensive understanding of one's experiences helps in leading a brave authentic life, and I am dedicated to helping my patients find this.
I have a special interest in women's mental health, treating mamas during pregnancy, and I appreciate the impacts of trauma and shame in the development of psychiatric symptoms. I have specialized training to offer treatments to help in these unique areas.
I enjoy being outdoors, especially hiking, camping, and skiing, and flee to the mountains as often as possible. I always have at least one or two knitting or crocheting projects going, and I usually have a couple of books I am reading as well (rather, I listen to audible books).
