I am passionate about helping people of all ages improve their mental health and overall wellbeing. Some diagnoses that I commonly treat include: ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders. I also specialize in peri/menopausal mood changes, PMS and PCOS.
I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2016 with my Doctorate of Nursing Practice and achieved my Post Graduate Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Practice in 2023. I am board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, dual certified in adult geriatric primary care as well as Psychiatric Mental Health.
I believe in a patient-centered approach to care and like to offer patients a comprehensive approach to healing, empowering them to navigate life's complexities with resilience and renewed hope. I like to treat the Mind, Body and Spirit as a whole, which is especially important for long-term health and wellness.
I have over 20 years of experience working in healthcare, specializing in pulmonary and critical care, neurology, psychiatry, adult medicine and addictions. My experience in medicine gives me a unique perspective when treating my patients in the mental health realm. I often go back to the basics when meeting a new client, ie: sleep, movement, nutrition.
