I provide compassionate, patient-centered care for patients with mental health challenges like mood disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, or complex conditions like PTSD, psychosis, or substance use. I work hard to listen, validate, and collaborate with patients to create a treatment plan that aligns with their goals. I enjoy providing a safe space to help patients find relief from symptoms, improved coping skills, and a sense of control over their lives. Above all, I provide a stigma-free, supportive environment where patients can feel empowered and understood on their journey to wellness.
I've been passionate about mental health since age 12, when I bought my first DSM. Before nursing, I earned a BS in psychology and worked in psychiatric residential centers for kids and psychiatric transitional homes for adults. I believe these experiences make me a unique, compassionate provider devoted to helping patients achieve their mental health goals.
