The humanity we share is more important than the mental illness we may not. As a practitioner, I strive to bring focus back to treating you as a whole rather than an isolated disorder. My focus in treatment is to provide a holistically dynamic integration of therapy and medication management with the goal of helping you lead a life unhindered by your mental health.
The mind & the body are intricately intertwined and effective care that produces long-lasting recovery is best achieved through the harmonious treatment of both. Medications should help you feel like yourself again and relieve your distress, not cause you to feel numb or lose your sense of self. I believe medication management is an art.
My desire is to provide quality care through the effective and precise blending of medication and therapy to aid you in achieving lasting recovery. I believe medications augment therapy and I strive to create a medication regimen using the least amount of medications possible at the lowest dose.
